Step 1: Register for exhibitor badges

  • Use your email to register yourself and your colleagues on the badge portal.
  • Select ‘Staff Registration’ and follow the steps. Each badge will be sent to the respective email.
  • Check your junk folder if you don’t see the email, or contact your IT team for support.

 

Step 2: Download the event app

  • Download the app and log in using your registered email.
  • Type in the OTP sent to you via email.
  • Set up your profile.

 

Step 3: Scan Attendee Badges

  • In the app, tap “Lead Scanning” and allow camera access to start scanning visitor badges.
  • Default settings allow you to collect attendee email addresses and contact numbers (for “connections only” profiles).

 

Step 4: Retrieve Leads

  1. Select ‘Export your leads’ on the mobile app navigation options or alternatively log in to the web version of the app using this link.
  2. Click your profile, then “export” to download connections in bulk.

 

Note: Admin or approved team members can download all team leads by accepting pending team members in the “My Team” section. Your team admin, must add you to your companies team before you will be able to export leads. The team admin is the first person within your team to log in to the app.

 

Important: If attendees set their profile to private, their information won’t be shared due to GDPR compliance.
